Product Description

Alloy 20 is a nickel-iron-chromium based, austenitic alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing sulfuric acid and many other aggressive media. This alloy is stabilized with niobium to resist intergranular corrosion. Alloy 20 may provide potential cost savings when carefully compared to higher nickel-based alloys, while out performing standard stainless steels.

Elbows are widely used in pipeline systems in industrial, construction and civil sectors to transport a variety of liquids, gases and solid particles.

The role of elbow in pipeline system has two main aspects. First, it can change the flow direction of the pipe, so that the fluid can smoothly pass through the pipe system. Secondly, the elbow can also reduce the pressure loss in the pipeline system and improve the efficiency of fluid delivery. Through reasonable selection and installation of elbows, the pipeline system can be more stable and efficient operation.
